Lula Solutions sp. z o.o. has received funding from the European Union for the implementation of the project entitled “Strengthening the export potential of Lula Solutions sp. z o.o. through the promotion of the Lula.Cleaning product brand in selected foreign markets”.

Project scope
The project includes activities aimed at the internationalization of the Lula.Cleaning product brand and the promotion in foreign markets of two products offered under the brand:
- Lula.Cleaning STR. A SaaS platform supporting the management of cleaning, inspections, and maintenance issues in short-term rental properties such as apartments, hostels, campsites, and hotels. The system automates cleaning scheduling based on reservation data, centralizes communication between operational teams, and integrates with PMS systems and channel managers. The application interface is available in more than 30 languages.
- Lula.Cleaning Universal. A solution designed for cleaning companies servicing various types of properties, including offices, medical practices, residential communities, and commercial properties. The platform enables cleaning tasks to be scheduled independently of reservation calendars, taking into account employee availability and the deadlines for individual assignments.
As part of the project, funding will cover the participation of Lula Solutions sp. z o.o. in international industry events. This will include 16 appearances as an exhibitor and 13 business missions, including attendance at trade fairs as a visitor. These activities will be complemented by online information and promotional campaigns.
Both products will be promoted in parallel using shared communication and sales channels. Activities will target selected European and non-European markets, in particular Spain, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, the United States, Brazil, Thailand, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Project objective
The objective of the project is to strengthen the export potential of Lula Solutions sp. z o.o. by increasing the international recognition of the Lula.Cleaning brand, developing regular international sales of Lula.Cleaning STR, and launching sales of Lula.Cleaning Universal in foreign markets.
The project is also intended to achieve a sustainable increase in the share of exports in the company’s revenue and establish a foundation for the further internationalization of the brand and development of the products offered.
Target groups
The primary beneficiary of the project will be Lula Solutions sp. z o.o., which will strengthen its internationalization capabilities, develop international sales channels, and expand the scale of its export activities.
The project activities are primarily targeted at foreign companies seeking digital tools to support the organization and control of cleaning processes. The main target groups include:
- short-term rental operators and property managers;
- owners and managers of apartments, hostels, campsites, and hotels;
- cleaning service companies;
- entities managing offices, medical practices, residential communities, and other commercial properties;
- technology and business partners operating in the tourism, real estate, and professional cleaning services sectors.
Expected results
The expected results of the project include:
- acquiring the first paying subscription customers in new foreign markets;
- increasing the number of international inquiries and business contacts;
- increasing export sales revenue;
- increasing the recognition of the Lula.Cleaning brand in international markets;
- developing regular international sales of Lula.Cleaning STR;
- launching international sales of Lula.Cleaning Universal;
- establishing a sustainable foundation for the further internationalization of the brand and product development.
